У артыкуле разглядаецца паходжанне тэрмінаў, звязаных з аўтамабілебудаваннем, у сучаснай беларускай мове. Вызначаны асноўныя крыніцы фарміравання ўласных тэрміна-
адзінак, паказаны шляхі пранікнення запазычаных лексем у аўтамабілебудаўнічую тэрмінасістэму беларускай мовы.

The article considers the origin of terms related to the automotive industry in the modern Belarusian language. The main sources for the formation of their own terms have been identified, the ways of penetration of lexemes borrowed into the automotive terminology system of the Belarusian language have been shown.
