Abstract
The theoretical foundations of innovative entrepreneurship are clarified (a definition is given, models of innovative entrepreneurship are identified and evaluated). The role of innovative infrastructure in the development of innovative entrepreneurship is analyzed, the dynamics of indicators of international comparison is studied.
