Features of unemployment in the context of the electronic economy: global experience
Abstract
В статье анализируются особенности безработицы и механизмы регулирования ее уровня в промышленно развитых и развивающихся странах в условиях электронной экономики. Представлена сравнительная характеристика промышленно развитых и развивающихся стран по уровню безработицы, индексу ИКТ и уровню цифровых навыков. Исследованы риски формирования и развития безработицы в анализируемых группах стран.

This article analyzes features of unemployment and mechanisms for regulating its level in developed and developing countries in the context of the electronic economy. This article presents a comparative characterization of developed and developing countries in terms of unemployment rate, ICT index and digital skills. The risks of formation and development of unemployment in the analyzed groups of countries are investigated.
