Трансформация роли Республики Беларусь в регулировании прямых иностранных инвестиций на современном этапе

Abstract

The publication is devoted to the transformation of the role of the Republic of Belarus in regulating foreign direct investment at the present stage. The publication notes that the foreign investment policy of the Republic of Belarus is a system of forms and methods of state influence on multidirectional flows of international investment with the aim of increasing positive economic and social effects in the national economy. The authors argue that the Republic of Belarus plays an active role in developing and implementing a policy of attracting foreign investment to promote the country's economic growth and to strengthen its competitiveness and to obtain the maximum possible economic benefits. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that all types of investment regime should be reflected in the Belarusian legislation.
