Abstract
Сборные здания ранее использовались в Китае, но в то время уровень индустриализации Китая был низким, и им было трудно соответствовать строительным стандартам. Они исчезли с рынка строительных услуг. В последние годы, в связи с быстрым развитием строительной отрасли Китая, повышением уровня производства и все более строгими нормами по охране окружающей среды, быстровозводимые здания вернулись в сферу строительной деятельности. Но еще предстоит преодолеть много трудностей, чтобы это возвращение было полноценным.

Prefabricated buildings have been promoted in China, but at that time China's level of industrialization was low, and it was difficult for them to meet building standards. They disappeared from the construction services market. In recent years, due to the rapid development of China's construction industry, increasing production levels and increasingly stringent environmental standards, prefabricated buildings have returned to the field of construction activities. But there are still many difficulties to overcome in order for this return to be complete.
