Abstract
Обоснована необходимость дополнить ранее разработанный и внедренный учебно-методический комплекс по изучению начертательной геометрии учебным пособием, направленным на повышение эффективности самостоятельной подготовки студентов к практическим занятиям, в котором должны быть приведены чертежи, отражающие поэтапное решение задач по темам, изучение которых предусмотрено учебными программами дисциплины. Простого описания последовательности построений, приведенных на чертеже уже с полностью готовым решением для тех, кто изучает начертательную геометрию впервые, недостаточно.

The need is substantiated to supplement the previously developed and implemented educational and methodological complex for the study of descriptive geometry with a textbook aimed at increasing the efficiency of students’ independent preparation for practical classes, which should contain drawings reflecting the step-by-step solution of problems on topics the study of which is provided for in the discipline’s curriculum. A simple description of the sequence of constructions shown in the drawing with a completely ready-made solution is not enough for those who are studying descriptive geometry for the first time.
