Abstract
В статье анализируются социально-экономические последствия ускоренного внедрения искусственного интеллекта и робототехники в промышленность Республики Татарстан в 2024-2025 годах. На основе официальной статистики и прогнозных оценок выявлены тенденции трансформации рынка труда, количественно оценены риски замещения рабочих мест и предложены практические меры по смягчению негативного воздействия технологических изменений.

The article analyzes the socio-economic consequences of the accelerated introduction of artificial intelligence and robotics into the industry of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024-2025. Based on official statistics and forward-looking estimates, trends in the transformation of the labor market have been identified, the risks of job replacement have been quantified, and practical measures have been proposed to mitigate the negative impact of technological changes.
