Abstract
The article discusses the role of information technologies (IT) in the preservation, documentation and representation of material cultural heritage. It highlights the use of digital tools such as 3D modeling, virtual reality and holography to create detailed digital copies of historical artifacts and architectural monuments, as well as the creation of virtual and real artworks.
