In this work the valuation of possibility of using non-woven fabrics flax Belarusian enterprises is given, the prospects of using textile waste and the calculation of kinematic parameters of the actuators in its processing are worded, the dynamics of interaction between needle sets with fibrous waste in the process of carding is explored, the calculation of kinematic parameters of the actuators is introduced.
