Development of housing leasing in the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
В статье рассматривается жилищный лизинг как способ приобретения жилья для граждан. Определена актуальность жилищного лизинга в современных экономических условиях и изложено действующее нормативно-правовое регулирование правоотношений между лизингодателем и лизингополучателем. Авторами предлагается модель лизинга жилья, а также овеществление исполненных платежей лизингополучателя за выкуп жилья в реальные квадратные метры, а не в форме денежных накоплений. Сформулированы выводы и даны рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию жилищного лизинга.

In the article a housing leasing is considered as a way of purchasing of accommodation for citizens. The relevance of housing leasing is defined in today's economic conditions and current legal regulation of relations between a lessor and a lessee is stated. The authors offer the model of housing leasing and objectification of the executed payments of a lessee for the purchasing of accommodation in real square meters, but not in the form of cash savings. Conclusions are made and recommendations of further development of housing leasing are given.
