Economic impact of smart buildings
Abstract
В статье рассматриваются экономические аспекты строительства «умных» зданий и их важная роль для создания «умных» городов. Выявлено, что с ускорением урбанизации умные здания стали неотъемлемой частью «умных» городов благодаря интеграции современных технологий, таких как Интернет вещей, анализ данных и искусственный интеллект. Анализ источников показал, что «умные» здания значительно снижают эксплуатационные расходы на содержание здания, повышают стоимость активов и повышают конкурентоспособность городов. Основными факторами, стимулирующими развитие интеллектуальных зданий, являются государственная поддержка, технологические инновации, рост социального спроса и корпоративные инвестиции. Тематические исследования сингапурского «умного» эко-города и китайского Alibaba Xixi Park подчеркивают важную роль «умных» зданий в устойчивом городском развитии.

This article examines the economic aspects of smart building construction and its important role in the construction of smart cities. It is found that with the acceleration of urbanization, smart buildings have become an integral part of smart cities through the integration of modern technologies such as the Internet of Things, data analytics and artificial intelligence. The analysis of sources showed that smart buildings significantly reduce the operating costs of building maintenance, increase the value of assets and enhance the competitiveness of cities. The main factors driving the development of smart buildings include government support, technological innovation, increasing social demand and corporate investment. Case studies of Singapore Smart Eco-City and China Alibaba Xixi Park highlight the important role of smart buildings in sustainable urban development.
