Tasks and ways to ensure technological and economic sovereignty of the union state

Abstract

The objective reasons and stages of the development of economic problems in Belarus and Russia at the beginning of the 21st century is examined. It is shown that these issues stemmed from the breakdown of the global economic linkages in 2014 as a result of adverse political decisions made by Western countries. Key strategies for countering external pressures are identified, including import substitution, diversification of production, and foreign economic relations. The role of the state is emphasized, and tools for supporting enterprises and industries are systematized.
