Abstract

Startup is the process of implementing a new project or launching a new product, which is characterized by starting a business from scratch, a high level of risk, uncertainty of financing, the need for rapid promotion of the project in the market, and a professional team. The main difference between a startup and an ordinary company is the innovative nature of the idea around which it is built. The beginning of work on any startup is the creation of its prototype. Next, the prototype turns into a full-fledged product, it transforms and develops, repeatedly scaling. The State Committee for Science and Technology of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in 2016 signed an agreement on the creation and organization of a joint center for the incubation of innovative projects. It is assumed that the center will support the scientific, technical and innovative activities of entrepreneurship and the youth start-up movement.
