Abstract

The article deals with the problem of drug distribution, which poses a real threat to the country's population, undermines economic potential, and negatively affects the demographic situation in the country. Because of drug use, the level of crime and violence increases. One of the main reasons for the illegal movement of narcotic drugs is the excess profits and super-profits received from the sale of narcotic drugs. Despite this situation, it is impossible to exclude the movement of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors across the customs border of the EAEU. These substances are an integral part of a large number of medical products. Often, these substances can be part of medications necessary for life support.
