| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрены различия в трактовке терминов «финансовая система» и «финансовая стабильность». Показано, что определение этих понятий представителями монетаристского направления в экономической науке преследует ведомственные цели и ориентировано на приоритетную реализацию интересов банковского сектора в ущерб реальному сектору экономики и населению. Сделан вывод о необходимости приведения деятельности Национального банка в соответствие с Конституцией Республики Беларусь, а также о нецелесообразности создания в стране, так называемого, «мегарегулятора». | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article considers two interpretations of the terms “financial system” and “financial stability”. It is shown that the definition of this concept by the monetarists pursues departmental goals and is focused on the priority of the interests of the banking sector to the detriment of the real sector of the economy and population. It is concluded that it is necessary to bring the activities of the National Bank in line with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the inexpediency of creating the so-called “mega-regulator” in the country. | ru |
