| dc.description.abstract | В данной статье приведено обоснование необходимости изучения динамики стоимости строительных работ для строительных организаций (как подрядчиков, так и заказчиков). Были рассмотрены основные тенденции в экономике, влияющие на изменение стоимости строительных работ. В статье проанализированы зависимости между прогнозными и статистическими индексами изменения стоимости строительных работ, индексами потребительских цен и промышленного производства и реальной ситуацией в строительной отрасли, то есть с реальной динамикой стоимости строительных работ. | ru |
