| dc.description.abstract | В Республике Беларусь к 2020 году доля индивидуального строительства должна быть не менее 40 процентов от общего объема строительства жилья. В связи с этим предусматривается внедрение зарубежного опыта при строительстве индивидуальных жилых домов: предусматривается изменение нормативной правовой базы в части увеличения сроков строительства, возможность сдачи индивидуального жилого дома очередями, обеспечение индивидуальных застройщиков природными ресурсами по сниженным ценам. будет предусмотрена рассрочка на приобретение земельных участков и обеспечение участка инженерной и транспортной инфраструктурой, в связи с чем будут разработаны нормативы затрат на создание минимально необходимой инженерно-транспортной инфраструктуры в районах индивидуальной жилой застройки. | ru |
