| dc.description.abstract | В данной работе был проведён анализ стоимости строительства жилых домов и ее структуры. Анализ стоимости строительства жилых домов показал, что стоимость строительства отличится в зависимости от этажности и конструктивной схем строительства, но вместе с тем структура стоимости строительства имеет много общего. Независимо от этажности и конструктивной схемы строительства структура стоимости формируется на 60-70 процентов такими видами работ, как наружные и внутренние стены, перекрытия, фундаменты. | ru |
