| dc.description.abstract | В контексте развития инфраструктуры города и его районов, насыщения рынка новыми площадками развлечений и отдыха и повышения уровня требований потребителей к общественным пространствам рассмотрен проект создания уникального объекта – Open-Air кинотеатра. Его реализация позволит решить следующие проблемы: 1) нехватка мест развлечений и отдыха в Заводском районе для молодежи и не только; 2) отсутствие кинотеатра под открытым небом как в отдельно взятом районе г. Минска, так и такой концепции в Беларуси; 3) повысит популярность морально устаревшего Парка им.50-летия Великого Октября; 4) придаст новую жизнь неиспользуемым на строительных площадках, однако пригодным для вторичного использования башенным кранам, что выгодно вписывается в концепцию циркулярной экономики. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | In the context of infrastructure development of the city and its districts, the market saturation with new entertainment and recreation areas and increase of customer requirements for public spaces, the project of creating a unique facility – Open-Air cinema was considered. Implementation of the idea will solve the following problems: 1) lack of places for entertainment and recreation in Zavodskoy district for youth and others; 2) absence of an Open-Air cinema both in the separate district of Minsk and the concept in general around Belarus; 3) will increase the popularity of the obsolete Park named after the 50th anniversary of the Great October Revolution; 4) will give a new life to the unused on construction sites, but reusable tower cranes, which fits well into the concept of a circular economy. | ru |
