local.description.annotationThe main idea consists in making internal ejforts ensuring external pipe layer tightening on the inside. Due to an external craze layer is a stress concentrator, the plastic layer is formed under the external craze layer before it is formed on the pipe inner side. When appearing the plastic layer the state is fixed, the internal stressing is stopped. Then the dislocation plastic behavior procedure is examined. With dislocation leaving the plastic area capacity lessens. After the time we decrease the internal pressure step-by-step, which results in crack bank closing.
