Abstract

Customs examination is carried out in order to verify the validity of information about the goods presented for customs clearance, and shall be appointed in cases where in the exercise of customs control to clarify issues requires special knowledge. Customs examination is a special kind of scientific studies conducted by experts and specialists with the aim of obtaining reliable, objective and independent expertise needed to make an informed decision on problematic and controversial issues arising in the process of implementation of customs control.
