local.description.annotationThe paper presents a general mathematical model of the heat-mass exchange at the sublimation drying processes. The model allows to calculating main potentials of the heat-mass transfer and is not bound up with conditions of a specific technological process. The description of phase conversion processes for each point of the drying object is a feature of the proposed model. That enables to model drying processes having a complicated character of the inner heat-mass exchange.
