dc.description.abstractIn the enterprise strategic management system, strategic human resource management and strategic financial management are the two core pillars, and the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises. Based on the synergy theory, this paper deeply analyzes the internal logic and driving mechanism of the coordinated development of strategic human resource management and strategic financial management, and explores the synergy path of the two in strategic goal setting, resource allocation, value creation and other links. The study found that by building a strategic synergy mechanism, optimizing the information sharing platform, and improving the performance appraisal system, it is possible to effectively break down departmental barriers, realize the organic integration of human resources and financial resources, and improve the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation and strategic execution capabilities.ru
