With generational changes and external environmental shocks, companies face the need to improve HR management methods. In the Chinese economy, financial management has increasingly highlighted its role in business management due to unstable economic conditions and intense competition. This paper focuses on China Mobile as the research subject, aiming to analyze its human and financial resource management system. Through research, it seeks to dissect management methods, reveal characteristics of corporate personnel management, and formulate improvement measures, which have significant guiding implications for corporate management practices.ru
