Improving financial efficiency through integrated human resource management and the mediating role of leadership and organizational culture in organizational performance

Abstract

This article focuses on enhancing financial efficiency through the integration of Human Resource Management (HRM), as well as the mediating role of leadership and organizational culture in organizational performance and financial efficiency. It points out that the strategic integration of HRM (such as employee development, incentive structures, and talent retention) enhances operational efficiency and financial outcomes through the collaborative/innovative culture and adaptability to change fostered by leadership and organizational culture.
