| dc.description.abstract | В данной работе рассматриваются современные подходы к управлению недвижимостью в строительном секторе, основанные на интеграции цифровых платформ и BIM-технологий. Анализируются ключевые аспекты трансформации процессов управления на всех этапах жизненного цикла объекта– от проектирования и строительства до эксплуатации и вывода из нее. Особое внимание уделяется зарубежному и местному опыту внедрения данных решений. Предоставляется детальный обзор конкретной методики сквозного управления активом на основе единой цифровой модели. Анализируются результаты практического исследования, демонстрирующие количественные показатели эффективности, такие как снижение операционных затрат и повышение скорости принятия управленческих решений. В заключении оцениваются перспективы применения рассмотренных технологий для устойчивого развития строительной отрасли. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | This paper examines modern approaches to real estate management in the construction sector based on the integration of digital platforms and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies. The study analyzes key aspects of the transformation of management processes throughout all stages of an asset’s life cycle– from design and construc-tion to operation and decommissioning. Special attention is paid to both international and local experiences in implementing these technological solutions. A detailed review of a specific methodology for end-to-end asset management based on a unified digital model is provided. The paper also presents the results of a practical study demonstrating quantitative indi-cators of efficiency, such as the reduction of operational costs and the acceleration of managerial decision-making processes. Finally, the prospects for applying the discussed technologies to promote sustainable development in the construction industry are evaluated. | ru |
