| dc.description.abstract | Промышленные предприятия вносят существенный вклад в экономическую ситуацию в стране, что усиливает необходимость адаптироваться к современным цифровым технологиям для сохранения и роста эффективности своей деятельности. Цель исследования заключается в исследовании возможных выгод и рисков, связанных с интеграцией цифровых технологий в систему управления промышленными предприятиями, а также оценить влияние внедрения цифровых технологий на рост их эффективности. Методы исследования включают регрессионный анализ панельных данных, сравнительный анализ. Полученные в статье результаты исследования показали, что внедрение CRM-систем связано с внедрением ERP-системы, а сами ERP-системы косвенно влияют на повышение эффективности деятельности и улучшение операционной деятельности промышленных предприятий. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The purpose of this work is to study the possible benefits and risks associated with the integration of digital technologies into the management system of industrial enterprises, as well as to assess the impact of the introduction of digital technologies on the growth of their efficiency. Industrial enterprises make a significant contribution to the eco-nomic situation in the country, which reinforces the need to adapt to modern digital technologies in order to maintain and increase the efficiency of their activities. Research methods include regression analysis of panel data, comparative analysis. The research results obtained in the article showed that the introduction of CRM systems is associated with the introduction of an ERP system, and ERP systems themselves indirectly affect the increase in business efficiency and improve the operational activities of industrial enterprises. | ru |
