dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the core logic and practical effectiveness of the dual-tutor system in education. By analyzing the collaborative educationmechanism between on-campus academic tutors and off-campus industry tutors, it explores their roles in students' knowledge construction, practical ability improvement, and professional literacy development. The research finds that the dual-tutor system effectively compensates for the limitations of the traditional single-tutor system through resource complementarity and role division, providing comprehensive growth support for students. Combined with relevant educational practice experience, this study offers references for the optimized implementation and promotion of the dual-tutor system.ru
