The China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone" represents one of the largest bilateral projects between Belarus and China, serving as a bridge for scientific and high-tech collaboration. Launched in 2014 and inspired by the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park, "Great Stone" functions as a modern business platform equipped with comprehensive infrastructure, including highways, utilities, and emergency services. With total investments exceeding $2 billion, the park integrates industry, research, finance, and residential infrastructure to form a competitive hub for high-tech production aimed at international markets. Key development areas include import substitution – such as engines, gearboxes, and automotive glass – as well as growing sectors like traditional Chinese medicine and medical services. Attracting investors from Russia, China, and Singapore, the project demonstrates a 30 % average return on investment, proving its effectiveness as a strategic model of international cooperation that strengthens Belarus’s economic and technological capabilities.ru
