Abstract

This article examines social networks and digital platforms as a tool for intercultural interaction between Belarusians and Chinese. The study highlights the fundamental problem of separated digital ecosystems, which limits direct communication. Despite the theoretical potential for dialogue, practical interaction remains constrained by platform barriers, language differences, and algorithmic segregation. The conclusion emphasizes that current digital environments reproduce cultural boundaries rather than overcome them, making intercultural communication a challenging task.
