Mobile operators have long relied on hardware-centric core infrastructures that are costly, rigid, and slow to scale. As 5G service demands increase, these systems create bottlenecks, necessitate expensive upgrades, and result in unused data. This study simulates a cloud-native 5G Standalone (SA) core on AWS integrated with AI/ML analytics. Cloud deployment ensures elasticity, performance, and cost efficiency, while AI transforms raw KPIs into predictive insights for anomaly detection, congestion forecasting, and resource optimization. Combined, they enable operators to achieve scalable engineering operations and data-driven business decision-making.ru
