local.description.annotationExperimental results of a study on the efficiency of acousto-optic scanning of traditional Gaussian and quasi-diffraction-free Bessel beams are presented. An important feature of controlling the parameters of a quasidiffraction- free (Bessel) beam is established: reducing the scanning bandwidth does not lead to a deterioration in the number of resolvable positions, since for a Bessel beam deflector this number is determined by the ratio of the scanning interval to the diameter of the focused beam. Given the small diameter of the focused Bessel beam, the number of resolvable positions can potentially exceed the similar parameter for Gaussian beams by at least an order of magnitude. A comparative analysis of the main characteristics of acousto-optic control of beams of various types is carried out.ru
