| dc.description.abstract | Развитие современных информационных технологий поставили новые проблемы перед человечеством, многие из которых могут быть преодолены правовыми средствами, взаимодействием мира современных технологий с миром юридическим. В статье представлены размышления о проблемах модернизации теории права в эпоху развития искусственного интеллекта. Автор ставит перед собой цель – представить свое видение модернизации теории права, в частности, процесса правового регулирования новых технико-правовых отношений, сопричастных к новациям технологического процесса. Рассуждая над вопросом правосубъектности роботов-агентов, автор приходит к выводу о производном ее характере и связанности с жизненной реальностью, активизацией коммуникации в цифровом пространстве человека и систем искусственного интеллекта. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The development of modern information technologies has posed new problems for humanity, many of which can be overcome by legal means, interaction of the world of modern technologies with the legal world. The article presents reflections on the problems of modernization of the theory of law in the era of artificial intelligence development. The author sets a goal - to present his vision of the modernization of the theory of law, in particular, the process of legal regulation of new technical and legal relations involved in the innovations of the technological process. Reflecting on the issue of legal capacity of robot-agents, the author comes to the conclusion about its derivative nature and connection with life reality, the activation of communication in the digital space of man and artificial intelligence systems. | ru |
