| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассматриваются инновационные подходы к повышению безопасности дорожной инфраструктуры, основанные на использовании интеллектуальных транспортных систем (ИТС) и концепции прощающей дорожной среды. Анализируются возможности ИТС-технологий, таких как системы адаптивного управления дорожным движением, информационные системы для водителей, системы мониторинга и контроля, а также технологии связи V2X. Раскрываются основные принципы прощающей дорожной среды, направленные на минимизацию последствий ошибок водителей и снижение тяжести ДТП. Отмечается синергетический эффект от комплексного применения ИТС и прощающей дорожной среды, а также рассматриваются вызовы и перспективы развития этих подходов. | ru |
