Статья посвящена творчеству великого русского композитора С.В. Рахманинова. Авторы отмечают важные биографические вехи в жизни музыканта, знакомит с основными произведениями композитора, подробнее останавливается на анализе цикла «Девять этюдов-картин для фортепиано». В статье подчеркивается исключительный вклад С.В. Рахманинова не только в русское, но и в мировое композиторское и исполнительское искусство.
