Concepts of self-employment and individual entrepreneurship in the context of the construction sector
Abstract
В данной статье рассмотрены такие понятия, как индивидуальное предпринимательство и самозанятость, а также вопрос подмены данных понятий. Выделены различия данных понятий характерные для всех сфер производства, а также присущие исключительно строительной сфере. На основании проанализированной информации, сделан вывод, что такие понятии, как самозанятость и индивидуальное предпринимательство не являются словами-синонимами так, как имеют различные системы налогообложения, разрешенные сферы деятельности, возможности по найму сотрудников и обязательства перед налоговой службой.

This article discusses concepts such as individual entrepreneurship and self-employment, as well as the issue of interchangeability of these concepts. The differences between these concepts that are characteristic of all areas, as well as those inherent exclusively in the construction sector, are highlighted. Based on the analyzed information, it was concluded that concepts such as self-employment and individual entrepreneurship are not synonymous words in the same way that different taxation systems, permitted areas of activity, opportunities for hiring employees and obligations to the tax service are. It is also concluded that before entering the construction industry, it is necessary to thoroughly study the advantages and disadvantages of these forms of doing business in relation to the chosen type of activity and set goals.
