Abstract
Рассматривается использование инновационных NBIC-технологий, которые, согласно форсайту, приведут к изменению не только социально-технологического ландшафта, но даже людей. Они смогут манипулировать структурами размером в одну триллионную долю метра. Мышление человека не будет обладать преимуществом перед искусственным разумом. Люди и машины сольются на всех уровнях бытия.

The use of technological foresight as the new method of building the future on the basis of innovative NBIC technologies for overcoming the technology gap of the post-socialist countries is considered. NBIC technologies connect the pragmatics of the private sector, the decisions of state bodies and the priorities of research and development. In the future the usage of NBIC convergence will lead to the changes not only in social and technological landscape, but also in people.
