Выявлена типология городских «пустот» и факторы, влияющие на их формирование. Также изучено их значение и ценность в различных сферах городского развития. В данной статье рассматривается активация неиспользуемых пространств на примере г. Гулькевичи Краснодарского края. Разработанные автором проекта решения помогут освежить город, улучшить экономические показатели и повысить социальные показатели, а также развить туризм и вывести город на путь устойчивого развития. | ru |
