Abstract
В статье предлагается рассмотрение человеческого онтогенеза (на примере сквозной комплексной возрастной периодизации) как социокультурно-исторического механизма формирования человеческой природы и выявление ряда социально-психологических, естественно-правовых проблем организации и регулирования здорового образа жизни, поиск решений вопроса о моральном и психическом здоровье человека.

The article proposes the consideration of human ontogenesis (on the example of end-to-end complex age periodization) as a socio-cultural-historical mechanism for the formation of human nature and the identification of a number of socio-psychological, natural-legal problems of the organization and regulation of a healthy lifestyle, the search for solutions to the issue of moral and mental health of a person.
