| dc.description.abstract | В статье представлены некоторые новые подходы к обеспечению экономической безопасности Республики Беларусь. Методологической основой исследования выступает концепт экономики рисков, на основе которого анализируются современные политико-экономические отношения, претерпевающие трансформацию под воздействием перехода человечества к принципиально новой стадии развития. С учетом динамики мировых геополитических и экономических процессов и особенностей национальной модели хозяйствования предлагается ряд изменений и дополнений в Концепцию национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь, начиная с новых подходов к определению национальной безопасности и экономической безопасности и дополнения перечня основных угроз экономической безопасности такими пунктами, как «устойчивый дефицит предложения ресурсов и товаров конечного потребления» и «влияние изучения иностранных языков», заканчивая корректировкой основных национальных интересов в экономической сфере исходя из приоритета развития промышленности. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article presents some new approaches to ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Belarus. The methodological basis of the study is the concept of risk economy, on the basis of which modern political and economic relations are analyzed, which are undergoing transformation under the influence of the transition of mankind to a fundamentally new stage of development. Taking into account the dynamics of world geopolitical and economic processes and the peculiarities of the national economic model, a number of changes and additions to the National Security Concept of the Republic of Belarus are proposed, starting with new approaches to determining national security and economic security and supplementing the list of main threats to economic security with such items such as “a persistent shortage of supply of resources and end-use goods” and “the impact of learning foreign languages”, ending with the adjustment of the main national interests in the economic sphere based on the priority of industrial development. | ru |
