| dc.description.abstract | В статье представлен ретроспективный анализ развития белорусской электроэнергетики, ее нынешнее состояние, проблемы и перспективы ее дальнейшего совершенствования в современных изменившихся условиях. Показано, что в условиях внешних санкций против Беларуси и избытка электроэнергии, обусловленного вводом в эксплуатацию Белорусской АЭС, необходимо пересмотреть подходы к оценке эффективности источников электрической энергии и соответственно направлений развития отечественной электроэнергетики. Охарактеризована общая стратегия Белорусской энергетической системы с учетом необходимости осуществления новой индустриализации национальной экономики Республики Беларусь и других стран ЕАЭС. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The article presents a retrospective analysis of the development of the Belarusian electric power industry, its current state, problems and prospects for its further improvement in the modern changed conditions. It is shown that in the context of external sanctions against Belarus and the surplus of electricity caused by the commissioning of the Belarusian NPP, it is necessary to revise the approaches to assessing the efficiency of sources of electrical energy and, accordingly, the directions of development of the domestic electric power industry. The general strategy of the Belarusian energy system is characterized, taking into account the need to implement a new industrialization of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus and other EAEU countries. | ru |
