The article describes the mechanism of the relationship between the Chinese government, SASAC, state-owned enterprises, the Central Investment Company «Huijin» and the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China. The current problems of state regulation of the development of strategic industries of the People's Republic of China are established.
