| dc.description.abstract | Analysis of the new and previous standards of education for engineer of technology in food industry is fulfilled in the point of study of physics. Distinction of the new standards from the previous one consists in displacement of accents in study of physics from oral lessons and lectures with teacher to individual and independent work of students. It can be realized in conditions on well methodical and technical maintenance of the education process. Because the real equipment of physics departments of universities is rather poor the hard work should be done to follow the new standards. | ru |
