Abstract

Since the quality of education directly determines the well-being and standard of our lives, this problem is for us one of the most urgent and vital. Unfortunately, reforms of last years in an education sphere (transition to 12 years of school, the centralized testing, etc.) were negatively reflected in the level of knowledge of the whole generation. Enormous means are spent in vain. However, even in spite of these negative circumstances it is possible, nevertheless, to organize the process of the qualitative training of creative, with the high intellect of personality.
