The essence of the concept of financial strategy of the organization is revealed. The tasks of the financial strategy put forward to it by the owners and managers of the organization are defined, the stages of its formation are highlighted. A brief analysis of approaches to the formation of the financial strategy of the organization in China and abroad is given.
