The article reveals the concept of the "Internet of things", describes the possibilities of using this technology in dispatching pipe leaks in apartment buildings using sensors, describes the necessary sensors and their functionality to achieve remote transmission of information to the dispatcher's control panel, and also provides examples of the interaction of BIM and IoT technologies.
