The paper presents options for upgrading a roller press in terms of equipping it with an active system for stabilizing the thermal conditions of the rollers, as well as by using elastic membranes in the cells of the rollers. The efficiency of using a roller press is ensured by increasing the service life of the roller structure and the stability of the process of pressing bulk material.
