Сartilage progenitor cells are promising candidates for cell-based therapy of degenerative changes cartilage tissue. The developed methodology included the stages of mechanical and enzymatic sample preparation of cartilage tissue, the stage of cell culture with an assessment of cell culture viability, and the stage of confirmation of authenticity by morphological characteristics.
