The spectra of infrared radiation separation by plasmonic dielectric/metal/dielectric structures were calculated using the finite difference method in the time domain. It was found that modification of the dielectric/metal/dielectric structure design can affect the type and magnitude of conductivity in the 8–13 μm range.
