This study investigates psychological factors in Chinese students' cross-cultural adaptation in Belarus. Using Ward and Berry's frameworks, we analyze survey data to identify key adaptation determinants - cultural intelligence, social support, and cognitive flexibility. Practical implications for institutions are discussed.
